Developer representation including assemblage negotiation, preparation of purchase contracts, due diligence work, land acquisition closing, negotiation and drafting of the general contractor contract, and negotiated and closed on a $19M construction loan with Bance de Credito e Inversiones, Miami Branch. Coordinated and assisted with the preparation of the Declaration of Condominium for the project. Coordinated and managed the Contract Administrator, prepared seller’s closing documents and provided seller/developer legal representation at closing of 128 luxury condominium units.
Le Parc at Brickell is a 12-story condominium building located in Brickell Miami. Completed in 2016, Le Parc at Brickell was developed by Alta Developers and designed by Luis Revuelta and Archiplan Architects.
